It is my life’s pursuit to help others move better, look better, and feel better.
My fitness journey began in my Junior year of high school. Following being cut from the volleyball team that year due to a lack of fitness, I was dragged to a functional fitness gym by my father and had my eyes opened to the immense impact that fitness can have on both the mind and body. I lost 45lbs and became stronger in every aspect of my life.
I knew then I wanted to guide others down the path of physical and mental healing that I experienced. With a B.S. in Kinesiology in addition to certifications as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I possess the tools to aid people in achieving their goals in the most efficient manner possible.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST
Regain the quality of motion you had in your 20’s. Workouts are created with the intent to rehabilitate underactive/overactive or injured muscle groups that prevent you from having a body that moves in perfect harmony.

What Does a Session Look Like?
I take a minimalist approach to training with special emphasis on building strength and competence within the fundamental patterns that comprise all human movement in order to promote the longevity of a healthy lifestyle. Although focused on toning and increasing muscle size, sessions will always include an element of Prehab (injury prevention exercises) in order to ensure that all participants are able to continue training harder for longer.
I arrive at your home or place of business with all equipment provided and a workout tailored to your specific goals. I ask only that you bring water and a positive mental attitude.

I have worked out at a gym on and off for most of my life. I have always had to watch my weight, but knew what I had to do to get results. Fast forward to 50-something years old, and I needed help. The things I used to do were no longer working, and I had various body aches and pains. I wanted to feel good, have energy and if I shed some pounds, that would be a plus. I really appreciate that he spends the time to ensure my form is correct, and I am getting the most out of the workout. He takes extra time to work with me on exercises when I need it. He has even made me a video, so I could work with a particularly challenging (for me) exercise at home. He pushes me more than I would ever push myself and is a great encourager. I highly recommend Nick to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I have been training with Nick for 3 months and I’m having a blast! I’ve had many trainers and Nick is my favorite! He spent a lot of time teaching me the proper way to train, which I’ve really appreciated. His techniques are fun, current, and effective. He always mixes it up with creative moves. I’ve lost weight, and seen my body change in ways it’s never done with any other trainer. He knows his stuff! I highly recommend him!
